Technical Specification
  • Frame: 9-fold design, 1.6/1.2mm painted steel with 25mm hole pattern according to DIN 43660. Including integrated external hole pattern
  • Front Door: 2mm painted steel
  • Rear, roof and side panels: 1.6mm painted steel
  • Mounting plate: 2.0/2.5/3.0 mm galvanized/painted steel
  • Bottom plates: 2mm galvanized steel
  • Door: Mounted with three hinges allowing left or right hand opening. Including door frame with 25mm hole pattern
  • Rear panel: Fitted by M6 screws. Standard facilities for rear door mounting
  • Side panels: Supplied as an accessory
  • Roof panel: Removable
  • Lock: 4-point locking system. Does not interfere with the enclosure inner space. Standard double-bit lock with 3mm pin
  • Bottom plates: Consists of three or four pieces
  • Mounting plate: Double folded and slides into position. Adjustable in depth by steps of 25mm
  • Earthing: All panels are earthed through their fittings and are equipped with a separate earthing stud.
  • Painting: 7-tank pre-treatment process followed by RAL 7032/7035 structured powder coating with Epoxy Polyester Grade Powder (70 microns)
  • Protection Degree: Corresponds with IP 54
  • Delivery: Frame with fitted door, rear panel, roof panel, bottom plates, mounting plate and door frame
  • Mounting requirement: Standard delivery ready for combined installation. For stand-alone installation add side panels
Chemical Process Specification

Conversion coating is a process which converts the metallic surface to a zinc phosphate coating which increases the adhesion and durability of the paint system and inhibits corrosion. This treatment provides clean, corrosion-resisting, non-conductive, non-metallic surface for paint finishes. The complete process for paint bonding zinc phosphate consists of following stages.
